Curb appeal is very important in a home sale. A buyer will pass on the showing if they pull up to the house and it is not appealing.
1. Manicured lawns a must! Add flower beds or pots.
2. Fresh mulch or rock.
3. Trimmed bushes and pruned trees
4. Power wash, clean gutters, windows, repair/replace window screens, lighting fixtures, vents
5. Fresh paint, repair /caulk
6. Doorbells that work, newer door handles.
